That picture is far too out of focus for anyone to help you but I will do my best.

If you see any ball or banana shaped things cut the plant.

If you see 2 hairs coming out of the node area its female.. it essentially has 2 hairs you would see on a bud.. pretty obvious.. looks feminine even.

Age of the plant does not matter it is the hours of daylight in your region unless using an autoflower.

Once your days start to drop to around 12/12 you will enter the flower phase. During this phase it is still important to regularly inspect your plants to ensure no male flowers have popped up. From my experience if you ever get a stressed plant it is best to either entirely isolate it for seeds or just kill it.. do not try to remove limbs its a waste of time.

The picture is in focus enough, but the plant isn't showing sex. Nice attempt at helping though.

Did the OP state he/she is growing outdoors?
Or did you just assume?
