I have two 3 day old seedlings planted. One is outdoor and the other is being grown in a closet setup.
The indoor plant seemed to be making steady progress since breaking threw the surface of the soil. but today/ being the third day, they plant seems to have shown no growth what so ever.
At the moment its in a 3-4 gallon bucket with a generic brand potting soil and time release fertilizer.
I have ONE 40w CFL bulb with reflector over it 24hrs a day at the moment. I have another 40w bulb and reflector ready to be set up but have not done so yet.
I have read many different opinions on what watt works best and was wondering in the 40w cfl's are going to be enough? Obviously I will need more then just the two bulbs. but do I need to set the other bulb up already only 3 days in to keep up the rapid growth? Or do i need to get some 42w CFL's?
