You are married to someone so stupid they think the smell of a growing plant will get them high?
Wow....

If he has such an issue with it, ask him to work out a filter for you. It is really simple and can be pretty cheap.

I use a 12.99 bathroom CFM fan from Lowes/Home Depot and a T connector. I turn the T connector upside and fill it up with carbon I get from Petco. For about 30 bucks or so you can make your own filter that works wonderfully.
What a god damn idiot. Tell him to smarten the fuck up.

could you guys be any more rude, this is someones husband. seriously not everyone is well informed about marijuana, maybe you should blame the propaganda about marijuana and its bad effects before you shit on her husband.

I guess there is no way to safely vent the smell outside or through a roof vent?
I went through an unused cooler roof jack and you can't smell my plants until you walk into my bedroom with the door open.
I like the homemade filter idea posted earlier.
If I come up with something better I'll repost.
Good Luck.

Amen sunni!

Carbon filter attaches to the fan with ductwork like for a clothes dryer. More duct connects to the other end the fan which you exhaust out of the tent. I also have a muffler after the fan to reduce noise. all of this you hang from top of tent (well fan screws into the wall as well). Just google " inline fan carbon filter" and you will find it all.

if you check my journal my journal you can see a video I put up yesterday that shows what it looks like.

Right lol, at first i was thinking cool i have a few ideas to share maybe it'll help relieve some stress from their relationship, then i scroll down and see "smack the bitch up". Seriously that's all the advice you have, i feel like karma is going to have a hay day with them...if it isn't on a daily basis already. Maybe there's a time and place for that kinda humor but not here.

Communication is key to all relationships, but it's no good if you're yelling lol. I was raised on the basis that communication is everything. I'm not even that great at it so i understand what it's like trying to explain something and you can't come up with great words, probably frustrating in the first place if you don't think it should even need to be explained lol. roseypeach made the right choice by taking a breather and seeking an explanation here. Hope she works it all out.

I don't have anything to add to what people have already said here about odor control...maybe try prescription strength? lol

Can't get high. Though my wife did complain about the chlorophyl odor giving her a headache. I too tried Ona but it smells pretty strong. I bit the bullet with an inline fan, carbon filter, and muffler (tent is in my office) and have no regrets. No odor and way better exhaust out of tent with it.

By the time you are done buying Ona, realizing you need a fan or something to make a Ona bucket, and buying a purifier with expensive filters that need to be changed often, you may find it is not much more to do it right. Only speaking from experience as a guy with a gallon of Ona liquid sitting around as a bookend.

This is the best thing to do. Pony up and get a Carbon Filter. It's totally beyond what you can expect.

I lucked out and was at a store with a sale. 4-inch inline fan 165cfm = $80 and CFw/flange = $50. I actually vent into my house to help keep the room warm(CF into Enclosed Light out to Room) in winter time but i also don't care about the odor as long as i can't smell it when i swing the front door open. My op is in the basement and if i don't have the CF running i can smell it like twenty feet from the house with the right strain and right weather conditions...i was like WTF gotta fix that like now!
