Setting up dtw coco 2.5x5 tent

Got the tray. Went with 3/4” bulkhead I already have 2’ hoses with 3/4” female connector. Pump on the way.

Need to get some cinderblocks wood pvc etc at store, should have this setup this weekend actually, pretty quick. One tent turned two turned 4.

Still one more tent to setup, a 2x2 to slowly bean hunt, re run strains until Im sure it can fill in one of the main slots or more or soley.

I made some decent sift rosin basically hash rosin. Im digging it, it will be a tent to harvest bubble too to have a nice amount of hash rosin, maybe even live hash rosin, why not!

It will either be testing for new strains to run or just for bubble, have to pick one or the other.

On page 24 tried describing what confused me with my ph issue on reservoir after adding nutes being 4.0 ph I guess it is alkaline this time. Just under 6.5 or 6.5. Greenish yellow more yellow than green.

Oddly close to target I dont recall that last time but I be mixing memories up and forgetting stuff. So Im less confused on the behavoir of my ph. The nutes brought the alkaline ph down a 2.0 units or so like Ive seen before.

I just add ph down but only like 30ml instead of 120ml so it still stands I miss used the ph meter and fed it 4.0ph. I hope it caused the nanners and seeds because if it quit nannering Id be super happy.

Some good tips on there that might explain it. The water was used for 14 plus days and turned up the heater but should of kept it cooler around 68F.

Do yall think pool shock is harming them? What about tap water, should it be RO? edit read up on RIU that it dont matter.

I clearly had it going on at first so Im optimistic that I can get there again. The rest of cuttings got slimey or going to just slime. Need start over. It had to be bacteria related.

I dont get the part thing, 10% hydrogen peroxide and 90% water to the cloner. That is 3 gallons just about so is it saying 3.2 cups of peroxide to the cloner? Thats a lot and expensive and sounds wrong but I dont understand ratios very well.

Then read something that 30ppm of pool shock to use as a disinfectant for several hours and thats .9gs for 3 gallons.

Is this going to work? I removed a rubber ring to make it sit more flush to the ground so it can drain and even then its about as high as the channels so idk if it will work.

This what I mean by trade industry measurments. The bulk head is 3/4” and fits 3/4” fittings but not my 3/4” garden hose fitting which fits fine on the 3/4” drain away tray. So I need a coupler and nipple to make it work.

Ok does this look plausible? Each red X is 1.5x1.5’ canopy plant and the green is 1x1’ canopy per plant.

Then theres 4 yellow X which are 4 bonsais which one will grow to be a harvested mother to hold like 8-16 cuttings.

Preferably bigger so I always have cuttings ready to harvest. The rest of the bonsais will be small well trimmed bonsais not needing more space than the pot its in, 4”.

Then I want to build a L shape mini shelf made from 2x4’s. Il need help figuring out out to make it drain into the flood tray.

To hold 4 one gallon cuttings (Blue X’s) that will overlap as I take cuttings extra early to make sure this perpetual grow stays on track.

Id just hate to hand water them but this would create a balance of 8 plants on one manifold then one manifold for the bonsais. Separate pumps and timers.

I have a 1x1 cabinet hooked to drain system that could hold the bonsais. Other than that idk where to put everything else. I could buy a 2x2x3 and just dispose waste daily. I just want to make full use of 3x3.

Only thing I can consider to make it work is use the cabinet for 4” pots new rooted clones and transplant to one gal and into the 3x3. I may be able to fit 4 one gallons in the cabinet on a flood tray.

I just thought it would build a better root system straight in the one gal but its plastic so it dont branch like fabric pots so perhaps it would pack a fuller root system.

Out of space! Want it to be able to feed off this system. One reservoir one smaller drain reservoir. Pumped outside and pump fresh water from near by so no hauling of water, no hassle just one res.

Also keeps grow shit out of sight which indeed ended up helping. Room mates dont want to really see it.

Not really that but the fact that any other room would make me have harder time getting fresh water and disposing waste as I dont believe in dumping in drains.

The bulkhead dont leak so thats good. Took more clones going to try no pool shock swap water every 5 days. Got a gnarly cut on finger trying to use razor blade like they say to. I started getting hang of it, hard at first.

I think when they look soggy and brown its a wrap. Looking at them fresh in glass water looking so crisp, bubbles on it looking like trichomes.

Thats got to be a way to root faster because why else does it need sit there for so long. Aquarium heater on 68F as I read cooler temps hold more oxygen which fights bacteria too.

I put peroxide on the blade and ran the cloner for 5 hrs with 1.3gs pool shock. Key word here is sterile, Im guessing the cleaner the better. Avoid infection.

But not any sterile agents while running with cuttings. I read it can damage the plant cells so giving that a try.

Ok I think this should do it. The red X is new rooted clones to get a head start as its easier to fix than being behind. The blue X in 4” pot is the mother.

The labeled canopies are for the flower tents based on last flower run that they need to be 1x1’ to fit 2x2 and 1.5’x1.5’ to fit 2.5x2.5.

So realized by getting pots in there my plan coming to life that I was just mentally imagining. I ended up having more room for the one gallon pots for new clones and a mother.

My 1x1’ cabinet can easily hold 4 four inch pots and be a bonsai mother lab now. An issue I wont have for a while since Im set on running this one strain until furher notice. I only have 2.

So I have space to hunt for 3 more since one will be grown out fully. I can add a shelf in the cabinet and allow 4 more strains maybe 5 per level.

Crap but then the issue rises again that I have one four inch pot that needs its own timing and pump and manifold. But now its just one extra plant making it more fustrating.

Or I can put the mother in the cabinet and house the bonsai mothers around it, to get things running and set/forget for a while. I think I can keep just 4 strains and wont have issues not being able to keep enough, just be more selective.

Yea I think im going to do that. Use the extra flora manifold end cap for the cabinet for 4 plants one being full grown mother.

Awesome, got the pump and tested it, it works. So now I can finish my 3x3. Busy until later but in few hours will hash it out test it and see whats up.

Planning on doing 8 one gal pots from two 8 port bubblers floraflex. I got one step pvc cement. 2 hrs cure time and bam, moment of truth. 1150gph vivosun pump for 16 lines 8 plants.

Any tips or heads up let me know, about to get to work in few hrs. Worried Ill have to undo the two bubblers if it dont work.

The 4” pots anyone notice they wobble? I guess thats an imprefection. The single use caps arent good at all. Just a couple things.

Can I set it up without cement first to test that it can do two 8 port bubblers or just go for it? Wondering if it will work or if I have to do separate pumps

Got my 25gal reservoir glad I have extra one so I can test everything with just water. Oh yea and all clones have roots sticking out the bottom of pots, so its a sure thing. They grew faster via aeroclone even with some browning on roots.

Hows it look while running? Is this 1150gph pump serving them well? Its going too fast to see and I might have a huge issue. Runoff bucket over flowed and does so pretty easy.

Any suggestions? I realize condensate pump is 200gph pretty weak. Larger runoff bucket? Its in a 2 gal vs 5 gal bucket. A bit smaller. But doesnt stop the fact that its only 200gph easily gets out competed.
