Serious Plant Problems or just slight overwatering?!?

Alright My fellow growers, looking for some input, opinions maybe some advice. I gotta Barney Farms NYCDIESEL about 30 days (maybe a little less), under a 200w CFL, Fox Farms ocean Forrest with about 20% perlite, and holes drilled for drainage. Seems to me it's been growing nicely but after the first feeding with a mild GH flora series mixture the tips on some of the upper growth have turned down, curled, whatever you call it. Any suggestions what does this look like to the rollitup community? Any advice, suggestions, or comments is greatly appreciated.

Thanks bobtokes for the reply and insight. I was think along the same lines. I do my best to let the pots dry completely and feel light. I guess I should of mentioned that I also have two Dinafem roadrunners going also that seem to be doing fine, all are autoflowers. Since they are autoflowers I was trying to introduce some nutes earlier( I've heard the soil does good anywhere from 3-6 weeks without nutes). The roadrunners didn't seem to react the same as the diesel. So I was curious If it may just be that strain that doesn't seem to like the nutes. I guess I'm curious as to what steps I should take to prevent the condition from getting worse. I tried to flush it with plenty of fresh PH'ed water and even drilled some more drainage holes. What should I watch for to know the issue is resolved, and to prevent it from happening again. Should I just hold off on the nutes altogether on that one or use a more diluted mix( started at about 1/4 strength). Any advice and input is appreciated.
