Septoria! How to get rid of it!

So finally after scouring all the plant disease guides on the internet, and ruining 2 crops (about to ruin my third!), and making multiple threads on riu someone FINALLY identified my problem.

I'm not finding a ton of information on this or how to properly treat it. MIOMIOMI gave some advice in the other thread, but I would like to read up on it and discuss with other people who have treated the same problem before I continue down the path of spending hundreds on supplies and destroying my crops as he suggests.
