yeah, check the grow in my sign!

also, the breeders site says the chronic doesn't respond well to topping, and i've been thinking of doing it anyways!

I knew that but i said fuck it , somebody said they only say that so people dont clone the cutting so they make more $$$ on seed sales. Lets wait and see

The topping has slowed the growth of all four plants , im hoping that they will pick up over the next few days.
The all have there new tops but they really took there time developing

Welcome along man , mine seem to love been sprayed with seaweed extract 3 times a day
I will keep that in mind. I am currently running DNA LA Woman, it is my second run of LA and I have never foliar fed my crop. However, I have never grown all these new strains, just picked them up frtom Attitude.

I also noticed that the breeder suggests that the Chronic does not like topping. I know some strains do and some don't. DJ Blueberry is one that requires topping in order to get the most yield. It is funny the differences in the various strains like and dislikes. I am real excited about the White Russian.

The Sensi star looks like a cabbage because she was suffering from too much N (very sensitve to nutes) and i had to remove her big fan leaves cause the dried up. Because all were topped they will have a greater root mass now so more nutrient up take and my soil that has slow release ferts its causing problems , if i flush do you think it will be overkill with the release of ferts ?

All the others seems to be doing fine even the chronic after been topped which the breeder didnt recommend. I cant wait to switch them to flower. Should i gradually reduce there hours from 18/6 to 12/12 or should i just go straight to 12/12 when i want to flower? I also added a little DIY co2 in there.

I have heard of people giving 24 hours darkness before starting to flower but myself never understood why. Whats the advantage of doing that Pon De Floor? I would just switch it to 12/12 if it was my grow but would likely let them veg for at least another week.

I am real excited to see how big they get once you set them into flower. Following this grow really makes me want to start my Sensi Star and a few others I have on deck but they need to wait till my autoflowers are done.

The point of doing that from what i've gathered is to help them transition into less light and more darkness.

With most nutrient cycles you also have to have a "transitional" period where you raise your pk before you cut alot of the N out of it's diet, this takes place at this time too.

I usually give a huge watering the night of darkness before flowering, and then i just give the flower schedule nutes!

Get those lights as close as you can without burning the plants, that is the key to getting big buds.

600 watts of HPS creates quite alot of heat and it is always a battle to see how close I can get it to the canopy. Big buds is the goal fingers crossed :-)
