Sending off paperwork certified mail today....desparate, need advice

Thanks very much for your good wishes and things are going much better. We just got my wife approved at Alternative Solutions over in Lansing yesterday for $100 and the experience was great all the way from the professionalism of the staff to the kindness and thoroughness of the doctor. Just waiting to send everything off to the state tomorrow and my wife and I couldn't have done this without the help of some very cool people on this forum = ]
