There was a proposal for that years ago but who are you going to sell the clones for? With the new rules you'll have to build out the facility, then apply and then hope you can get in while being #600 inline The personal growing market is minuscule in Canada and the LPs have their own resources and micro's are looong ways before even being able to grow and they can easily make their own clones.

The gov really fucked over regular mortal Canadians from being able to make money from legal cannabis, unless you have deep pockets or political connections.

Only thing is its trying the plants to money which is a no no atm. Also you can only give out 4 clones at a time to say in the legal limits. I know there was a radio station that was giving away joints on legalization day so there might be some rule bending.

He meant tying not trying imho
Yah sorry if you tie the clones to any money exchange then they have a reason to go after you. Also being limited to only 4 clones pretty much kills that idea. I would look into maybe selling un rooted cuttings, haven't heard anyone say that its illegal to sell non flowering wet plant matter.

and possibly send in clone shippers so the customer can just put on a shelf and wait to root, those shippers have a light in them

just include directions on how to continue to root clone

might be on to something there

Someone stated before that a lawyer though that having a medium around the cutting could make it a plant even though its not rooted.

Maybe we should pool some $$$ in, get some questions written down and submit them to a lawyer regarding cuttings/sharing/trading/swapping. I'd be willing to put in $200

I guess one piece of advice I saw that makes sense was to absolutely verify the age of the person you are sending clones to.
Unfortunately, it can be awkward to ask a stranger to see their ID, but I'd rather that than have Mom or Dad grab the mail and find someone sent some clones to their 12 year old... You know you'd be getting a knock on your door...
