Basically he sells between 9-15 ozs in deals like 10s, 20s, 3for 25s and Quaters a week within a place where it’s not legal, few people have seen him selling lately in a local area and have apperently taken pictures, of this was too get him caught was basically wondering what sort of legal prosecution he is likely to receive? Will it be jail? Cs? Fine? What’s likely for the amount he does

But the uks a funny place,I know people who were caught with multiple ounces(9) and not gone to jail just cs but I suppose each case is differnet

Tell him to go to the local police station and ask what his charges will be IF he's caught.. because every country is different, and every person is different depending on your criminal history etc. I know here in australia there is a big difference in getting caught with weed and selling weed. I think it starts at $6,000 and possibly 2 years jail but It might have recently gone up
If someone is dumb enough to do shit out in the open where people are taking pics of it, a 6x8 is in their near future.
even if you learn the game up and down - you will likely get caught at some point... like 7-8 out of 10 guys in the dope game get caught before they get out... that's just how it is....
there's no advice that'll save you. At some point you'll sell an ounce to a moron who'll run a stop sign or drive the wrong way down a road - he'll get caught, the cops will give him the option of going to jail for 10 years or give you up.... even if it is a bluff not everybody has the time/money to go to trial and nobody wants to risk jail time....... the only way to avoid it is to only ONLY sell to your very closest friends and even then people are shitty...

Bruh if U(or"he") cant figure this info out on ur own.... u dont need to b sellin... if ur not willing to do jailtime....get out... there is no telling what can happen in th game (even w weed) especially if ur not well versed in th criminal world... leave th game and th street shit to those willin to stand up like a man n take theyre charge and whatever time comes w it....I promize im not tryn to be an asshole.. But keep n mind, the only consequence isnt jail or probation, think of what can happen if somthn goes wrong..
