The thing I absolutely can't stand is their method of replying to customers. You've gotta open a "ticket" or in better terms a claim in which someone will be assigned to. This is where the bullshit starts because now you're basically playing tag with another person via email messaging. And what makes this process so darn excruciating is the fact that you have to wait 2-3 days for a response!!! So what could have been a 15 minute online chat has now turned into a week-long conversation. And oh my goodness the worst part is when they give you a four-word response that solves nor addresses anything useful and you must now wait 2-3 MORE days for their next response which you very well know may not fully fix let alone even address the problem...
