Yes, they will be male or female. You will have to wait until about 2 weeks after you change the light cycle to 12/12 to make that determination.

im not sure how your growing.. but putting a bunch of regular seeds in a container is a bad idea considering you dont know which are males, which are females..

Way too early to tell. If your doing from seed 12/12, you won't know sex until you induce flowering. If you're going to veg them for a while, between week 3-4 you can see preflowers that will tell you sex. How many plants are you growing? I counted over 30 in that picture lol.

I think there are about 30, I have hundreds from a plant that seeded out on me... The rest of the plants where very good...
I will grow them until I have determined the sex, the grow just the females ;)
They have been growing for about 7days..

If you are saying the seed came off a female plant that hermied on you, then odds are the seed's will do the same thing.

You will very likely get your 3 to 4 females, as I count about 40 seedlings
Dr. Jekyll

You have one that looks healthy and couple that have potential, but all in all you have a mess of plants that are already showing signs of stress
This is the most pathetic grow I have seen in a long time, have you not done any research on growing?

you might have a whole tray of hermies there. I grew my 1st crop from bag seed as a 'test' and ended up with a bunch of worthless hermies.
best of luck to you.

Your plants got that big in 2 weeks??? Huh??? wtf am I doing wrong lol
I only have them under some fluorescent lights, in a made up water system ... that is all... the one in the single pot was germinated 3 days before the rest. Going to leave for another week and try them under a 600 hid light, see what happens... I only want 2 or 3 of them, but I need to sex them yet..

If the plants came from a female that was pollinated by a male, they have a roughly 50/50 chance of being female. If they came from a female that was pollinated by itself or another female that grew male flowers (from stress or [less likely]hermi genes) then they will probably all be female. If that is the case though be careful, as they may share the trait of being easily stressed into self pollination (Very possibly avoided by avoiding said stress).

Thank you for your say.. They were grown from female seeds.. Yes I did cause them stress, by leaving the tent open a few times, and extra light coming in when supposed to be in darkness.. My own silly mistake, to which half went to seed the other half produced a nice yield, this is why I want to do again.
Only this time I will not be so sloppy..
