You could have had a pollen sack on one of your plants or your plant just decided that shes not gonna get pollinated but will put off a few seeds i have had this happen with a few of my plants with no pollen sacks insight and they put off a bean or two its there way of trying to live on the species i believe. My friend had a plant like this but alot more seeds with no hermies around. I swear that he pollinated them by breaking up a bunch of shwagg for joints and then touching his plants but he says no but hes an idiot. It doesnt look like you will get too many seeds the plants still putting off pussy hairs to catch pollen so let her keep going and later in flower plants start to turn yellow signifying the end of the life cycle

But anyway, some more advice I have for you is to germinate the seeds you get from that bud. Why?
Because when a female plant pollenates itself, what it does essentially is back-cross the strain of cannabis.
Back-crossing (a process by which two cannabis plants of the same strain are used to produce seeds) brings out the most desirable traits of your cannabis strain.
If you grow that strain because the scent is particularly appealing to you, then you will most-likely enjoy a back-crossed version of that strain.
Back-crossing brings out the flavour, the scent, the color, and the overall size and structure of your plant strain.
When you back-cross a strain, you will notice more than anything that the back-crossed version of your strain produces bigger yields than the original.
When back-crossing, you will often produce a strain that more closely resembles one of the two parent strains of the plant you are back-crossing.

reading that made me think its good that it seeded lol.

No you dont need to flush because of yellowing its just part of the plants life cycle they start to turn yellow the later they get in flowering if your plant is finished flowering and about done then you flush
