Need some advice just got my beans i will be growing in rockwool should i sprout my seeds in wet paper towel or just place them right into the 1 inch rockwool cube, first time with seeds always delt with clones before.

choice is yours, instead of paper towel use jiffy cloth as its sterilized, but rock wool cubes are better, no touching the tap root which is preferred, and they fit into cubes perfectly.

Thank you another question should i just leave them in complete darknes before they sprout or should i put them under my t5

Make sure you soak the rockwool cubes before using them or it will kill your seeds, not that I ever did that or anything.
