seeds

hey all, im just starting to think about my second grow, im looking at seeds at the moment, i have been looking at powerplant and lowryder, any suggestions on what i should go for?? the lowryder is very tempting as it is an automatic flowering plant, any advice would be welcome

I would Def. Go with the LowRyder over the power plant. Make sure it's LowRyder 2 though. Has way better characteristics than the regular LowRyder.

Autoflowering is always a plus too if you need the plants to stay small, or you are only growing a few at a time.

What do you have for a setup?

i have got a room that is about 2mtr high and 1.5 mtr wide, with a 400w helium?!?! i think, i have got a fan, and the vents sorted, i will be growing in soil, i did grow nl x shiva last time and it was poor, i bought cheap seeds, i was looking at lowryder x ak47 they look shit hot

i have just finished a dutch passion pure power plant grow.
is a great plant and i will be growing it again some time,its a
low oder strain with a big yield and very easy to grow and can
take abit of stick.had no problems with hermi's or grem rates.i
only cut it down about 6 days ago so cant give you a smoke
report as yet.someone will be along soon who can help you
out more with that side of things.when it comes to the lowryders
i cant help you with that either.i dont bother with them.i like to control
how long i veg and flower my plants so use regular seeds rather than
auto flower type.

Yeah i would lowryde that shit up ak-47 because with the sounds of your room it may be to small for a big plant. Unless you are planning on cloning because then i would go with the powerplant. Both are good strains where you planning on gettin the seeds from?

i would like to have control over my plants, but i was thinking of the lowryders to get me started, money is the problem at the mo and space

Hey if i were you i would get that one in diesel it looks real good with that high thc percentage plus it looks a little purp which mhhhmmmm sounds delicious

I would go with the PPP its a exellent yielder indoors and outdoors plus the smoke is powerful. The AK-47 or AK-48 would be a good pick too, good yield and buzz. Lowrider strains are low yielders. I prefer a good yield to go along with good smoke. You Will Decide! Peace Out!

Yeah i here good things about PPP, but never have tried it but you should check out this lowryder diesel they have at his page it looks prettty good and has high thc. I still suggest Ak-47 for the yield reason lol but yeah check out that lowdiesel looks dank bubba

I've been researching info on the autos.

Can't clone, so need as many seeds as plants desired (figure 60% will be male)

Making seeds isn't as easy it would seem. Seems you need to back-cross 4 times to get a stable set. Only about 25% of first round will auto-flower (and 1/2 of those should be male)

back-crossing with other then lowryder (prefered) or lowryder2 is sketchy (from a stabilized view)

lowryder is preferred for breeding, but not so much for product.

Not true you can buy feminized seeds and if your going to buy lowlifes fem is the only way to go

yeah i agree with that and doing cloning is easier, but he needs money quick and said he doesn't plan on cloning because he needs a bigger place and plus fast flowering plants are good ones to learn how to grow with i think.

yeah that was the idea, but a friend has come on board now and stumped up some money, i bought skunk #11 fem seeds, dutch passion, im going to give them ago, hopefully in a few months i will have a nice crop, i have been looking for the right soil, but i couldnt find any with the chemical compound's on, so i bought some tomato plant grow bags, i hope this is ok? i have also got some fishbone stuff
