Seeds tap rooted....but worried

It's been 3 days between the first 2 days the seeds germinated and I moved them to the dirt o got a little curious and wanted to see what was going on down there and moved the dirt around and
Practically pulled the seed up but not really I seen the roots and I immediately like tap them down and cover them with a light layer of soil and I'm worried I might have ruined the seed is that possible

Doubtful, seeds are pretty resilient in that way.
 
I'll put my money on them being sweet as.personaly have done some rough shit and no worries .try use a tooth pick bro and dig slowly..I should be saying dont dig and be patient but I no the feels. We a curious beings
