so what your saying is that it doesent need to be pollen from a cannabis plant? polen from a regular tree?
yes i use fresh air directly from outside..
It must be from a cannabis plant. If you are sure your plants aren't hermies, I suppose you have a fellow grower in the area.

If you want to harvest with viable seeds then it is best to let your plants flower another 4 weeks after pollination to allow the seeds to mature. Other wise they may be weak or not eve germinate at all.

For now, it seems like my hermie seed is a female. I don't see any trace of hermie at this moment. I changed to 12/12 four weeks ago.

The whole setup: http://oi45.tinypic.com/15yuj4i.jpg
The two closest plants are SuperSkunk. The left from commercial feminized seed and the right from the hermie seed. In the back there are two white widows, both from commercial feminized seeds. The commercial SS grows much faster than any of the other plants. The hermie SS grows faster than the WW plants.

Seems to me it's gonna work out fine.

Can't really see any difference on the flowers. Just the growth rate.

I expect I can harvest sometime in December, so when I will have the final result.

Now my grow is finished. The plant from the hermie seed did turn out to be a hermie. The plant had mostly female flowers, but some males in the bottom region. I can't find any particular reason why it would have been provoked into hermie this time. The WW plants produced far less than the SS plants (even than the one that turned into hermie).
