Seeds in last week of flowering?

I'm almost 10 weeks into flowering and about 5 days ago I started to see alot of seeds forming.
I cut some off by a lower node and it was the worst smell ever.
Any way has my girl gone hermie? can they do that so far into flowering?
Should I harvest now?

I've been using only water for 15 days now.
Should I stop watering 3 days before harvest? I think I heard that somewhere.

All the plants energy is going into growing those seeds, so if it's close then harvest unless you want to get seeds for another grow someday. Those new seeds will have lots of hermys when they do grow, so I would pick now
