Seeds have germinated, now what?

Need help with seeds that have sprouted, what do I do next? I have flourescents set up and rock wool.

Eat the seeds.

Read the forum man. You put the germinated seeds in your rock wool/medium and put the fluorecents as close as possible. Then you wait.

That's what I've done but I wasn't sure and the guys that are my "go to people" aren't available all the time.

I was supposed to get some clones but that's seeming like mission impossible so I got some seeds.

What forum should I be reading if I am starting from seeds and using an aeroflo 60 system?

I have a 10' x 18' grow room with AC, three 600 watt HID lights in a completely sealed room.

Rule #3....then ask questions when you have a problem..

just put them in the rockwool, and put the lights about an inch away

shit on the rockwool... eat half da shit, put 1/4 back up your ass then leave the rest on the rockwool... thn plant the seeds outside, next to the mailbox

Thanks for the help. I had some clones lined up but it was taking a while so I got some seeds and decided to plant them, that's why I wasn't prepared as far as research goes.

They've all sprouted and the clones have come through as well so I have 10 of each.

They're all under 24 hr fluorescents on heating pads in rockwool slightly dampened with clone accelerator.

Damn somebody didn't eat there wheaties today. Then go take that nap!!!
