i got my attitude order on the 20th or so and stuck the free subcool jack the ripper seeds in the dirt on the 26th. THEY STILL HAVENT SPROUTED. i was wondering if anyone knows about how long the seeds should take to pop there heads out?

That's really hot, especially for a baby seedling. Seeds are best germinated in a cup of room temperature water in a dark dry place. Leave them overnight for a couple days and you should have sprouting seeds within 2-4 days. But idealy you want temperatures between 68-82F. Any more or less could be detrimental to your plant.

edit; it's best to use bottled or distilled/filtered water to germinate seeds. Chlorine is essential to plants but could burn your babies.
