Seeds!!! Aggggh! How?!

I'm 2-3 weeks away from finishing. Everything has been so great the whole way through. Now I am seeing a few seeds popping out of calyxes. /cry

The males were killed very early. I haven't seen any signs of hermies. How could this have happened?

I'm pretty depressed after this whole time to have this happen. I'm just hoping they aren't going to be jacked full of seeds and just have the odd one here and there.

On my next round should I be worried there might be pollen hanging around in my room?

Maybe they just hermied themselves a little. Look on the bright side, You now have good seeds from a good plant.

If your worried about pollen do some cleaning, wash the walls and floor, and everything that is in the grow room needs to be clean.

Bugs carry pollen on them all the time, especially if the bug came from outside, have you had any problems with pests/bugs in your grow?

Sterilize your grow after the males, any herm and after your final plant. a small amount of bleach and water is all I use.

Could be pollen carried on the wind, or on clothing, it is still outdoor harvest time in some locales.:eyesmoke:

Not everyone who grow outdoors sort out the males early.

No biggie. Be positive about it.
Now you have a few seeds to either grow yourself, or trade to get something different.
Just be sure to not harvest prematurely.
