wot temps and humidity do i need 4 each growin stage.any help plz i need a answer

Anything 85 and over is too hot, some people grow at that temp because of their lights but I like to keep mine cooler. I go for 75 degrees with lights on, and 65 with lights off is good. For humidity I have heard 50-60%. Good luck man
