How do you think about my plants so far
Are they looking healthy
Does it look like it's stretching or is that normal
They took 1 week to germinate and pop up
One failed to germinate

Looks really clean and healthy. That stretch is pretty normal, you may try moving the light a bit closer. Some plants are going to show their stretchiness early, I'd take notes for cloning so you know what the plants do. Number them with stickers or sharpie on the cups once planted.

Great job, transfer to hydro when roots come out of the plugs, until then they look fine and are just still developing.

What clone system is that??
 
I've got an adjustable 300w light in my tent when I transfer them what wattage should I start with or should I turn the on to the max from the start

It depends on how close you plan to have the light. I'd try them dimmed and slowly ramp up the intensity as plants get bigger. No point in wasting electricity if you have the option to dim in veg.
