Is there any sign that can distinguish between over and under watering , im thinking overwatering but its strange because they didn t drop or pointed at sky in last watering , they stayed the same , after 1 day leaf points were dropping , and after 2 days they are like this much droopy , 1 liter for that plant size in a 7 lt, pot is to much *????
The pot should feel as light as the day you filled it before you water again. If you think you are overwatering, you probably are.

Update

lights jut got on 10 minutes ago , i analyzed it the best i could, this droopy leafs doesnt look like a sign of under or over watering .

Its only the half front of the leaf that is pointing down , also some leafs are erected , if it was under or over water all leafs would do it right ? someone mentioned nitrogen borderline toxicity , could it cause the half front/tips to point down ?*

Yes that's true, it does cause the tips to curl down, but also they're not flexible where you could bend them the opposite way and they'd drop back down, they would tear.
Not sure if that's the case all the time, but that was the case for me.

They are tottaly flexible just tryed

Im guessing i have an essential clue that im ignoring , this photo

We can see that its the leaf point that curls down that causes the cut, its not the usual droopyness from over/under water

That one is still recovering from whatever it didnt like to begin with. The old leaves will likely never look amazing but the new growth looks great. Just give it time. Chill.

She's still very young! Also like JoeBlow said, the old leaves more than likely won't recover and you'll just have to wait to see how the new growth looks.
Patience is key!

Don't worry about those little wrinkles, it doesn't mean anything. Check my Nine Stardawg grow and see it for yourself. Most of my seedlings had wrinkled leafs and one even was a total freak and they all turned out fine.

And over watering doesn't happen so quick with cannabis plants, give them a good watering with some nutes and they'll recover.

Don't tell this guy to give it nutrients at this stage when grown in soil that holds nutrients in! Also regarding your plants that apparently turned out fine, they look very rough with deficiencies all over!

Deficiencies? I have to disagree!

But this thread isn't about me nor my grow.
No it's about this guys plant that's gonna get ruined cause of your wrong information you're giving him.
Isn't this your plant you're bragging about that apparently has no deficiencies, they look beautifully toasted!

I use tap water that after 24hrs with a bubbler is 8.5, but after I water my plants the run off comes out my soil at 6.3 I just let the soil do its job, I'm trying to grow organic and I feel that adding chemicals to change ph , if I was running hydro or coco I'd probably be worrying about that, but from what of read in soil tap water is fine at 8.5

100% natural.

I bet it's over watering he is in soil and doesn't need to mess with the ph, just let it dry out all the way stick your finger in to the 2nd knuckle if ita wet then do not water, when its dry give
I will order some and try it out , I bet a little bit of that will go along way...

Those pointed tips definitely indicate N toxicity as I suspected.
I suggest once the soil has dried and the pots feel light to water with just plain Ph 6.5 water until you get significant runoff.

Bear in mind, a little issue like this doesn't mean your going to loose the plant. So keep positive.
I think the soil is too hot. Whirled leafs and odd growth again usually mean Ph issues.

Also scrap the Ph strips, too much guessing, although I am sure someone on here will chime in that they use them lol.

Happy growing.

Yes the plants look like shit! LOL!

It's the tallest plant, it's a light burn and not a deficiency.
Highly doubt that's your only issue considering your post on your deficiencies straight after your post on here, also your grow is infested with bugs everywhere and that's just from a picture observation! Get your plants sorted and do your research first before you give advice to others and make them suffer like you!
