Seedlings under a 250w hps?

with the right amount of air flow u will be fine i run my seedlings under 3 600w hps no issues people here say it can not be done them people sir are fucked in the head lolol
I've got a mini fan in the tent then also ducting going into the bottom port blowing cool air into the tent..so should be okay then

4-5 feet might be too far Vinny, they might stretch? I have 400w just a couple feet above mine. Also sodium will work but don't you have a halide?

I'd use a 250w mh,
Seedlings with be fine under a 600w as long as it a few ft above them
