Seedlings transfer to tent time ?

I have my seedling sprouting under a CFL now and was wondering should I just have them in the grow tent now with the MH light or should I wait til a certain time and transfer them then?

Thanks for any help in advance

Once I missed the mark and did it at 5:57 and it was a total nightmare, never again
