seedlings outdoors HELP PLZZ

okay so ive got 4 seedlings outside right now,
almost reaching 2 weeks.
but the tops of them are drooping badd.
i had a clear container over them for the 2 weeks.
i just took it off... fresh airr

but what do i do?
is it normal?

not at the moment.
my cameras dead. lol.
but they have no tru leaves yet.
just looks like the top is too heavy.

should i tie it up till its strong enough??

wich leaves are you talking about the two round ones out of the seed or the true leaves after those?

it doesnt have the tru leaves ...yet?? it looks like that pic, but with another set of the leaves that come after the round ones.

just plain ol bottled water. lol
i havent checked the ph. but i really doubt its that.
i might be able to squeeze in a couple pics here in a minute
