Seedlings looking deformed

Started my seeds (white russian, and purple kush) in paper towel, then transferred to a special soilless and nuteless seedling mix. Ph is always corrected to 6.5, and temps are right around 20-25 celcius. They are under 6500k CFLS and T5 fluoros, and a small fan blows on them all day long.

As you can see by the first image, some of them are doing great, but I have a few that are looking very deformed and twisted. The leaves are all crinkled looking and twisted up.

No nutes given yet, but possibly had an overwatering problem at the beginning - the soilless mix I'm using hold water really well, and although it was never sopping wet, it never really dried out and started forming a little green algea on the surface of the soil. I added the fan, and that seemed to solve that problem.

The strains are purple kush and white russian, and both are showing the problem so it's obviously something that I've done, and not a problem with the seeds.

Hoping someone could help me identify what I'm doing wrong here - and is there any chance of these bouncing back? Or will I need to toss them?

If at all possible, I would like to try and get them to live. I'm a medical patient on a very limited budget, and a can't afford any more seeds, and I really need this for my condition.

Thank you so much for any advice you can offer.

The above refers to nute deficites. After reading ur thread again I really don't think it's that at all.
Seedlings at that stage really only need small amounts of npk
I don't think it's the light either. The only thing left is a moisture problem. Algae on top of the soil may be a clue to this and the fan you put in really only evaporates the moisture on top. If it were me I would take one or two plants, turn them over and let them fall out into my palm and take a good look at the soil. Is it too wet? Are the roots dark or bright white and healthy looking?
MB your soil mix is too moisture retentive. At this stage it's easy enough to replant if you want to.
Just use what you have and mix in some perlite or sand for better drainage. Fertilize after they seem to be coming back but only at a third strength. Don't want to add insult to injury.
If you don't replant just don't water as much and watch them carefully. They need oxygen at the root zone more than anything else right now. And let me know how you make out.

Can you point me to where in this document I can find my answer? I have read through it but can't find any section that shows what this could possibly be.

The nitrogen lockout from overwatering looks closest - but my leaves are still dark green so I doub't that's the problem.

it come on with the lights, and it off when they are off. Also, it's on a low setting so they are only getting a light breeze when the lights are on.

I'd say too much water in the soilless medium.. go ahead and re-plant those lil ladys in their new pots or hydro mediums. its important to let your soil or soilless mix dry out totally before watering agien. the best way is to stick your finger into the medium at least an inch. be carefull not to damage your roots while doing so. also the plant lift work well..pick up the tray.. a wet medium weighs more then a dry one. it takes a couple goes to get the plant lift tactic down but its effective. good luck on those lil ladys. im sure they'll be fine.

a. no way this is overwatering. this is totally a ph issue
b. soilless mixes are ideal for seeds if used correctly. But that ain't easy.
c. let's hope so, that indeed they'll grow out of it. i'm having many seedlings that are looking like this in the coco.
