Agree - i would spray them with some rain water to help establish and make some roots. They don't need much light right now - maybe put a cut soda bottle over it. Just cut the soda bottle in half and put the top over the plant to make a small grow house. This will help moisture to evenly spread out in soil beneath and your plant wont be so stressed trying to maintain moisturized.
Remember that they don't need fertilizers really this early. If your soil is not made for sprouting it probably has too many nutes burning the seedlings.

Yes make a dome for the cups to bring RH up no nutes yet and spray with rain water , Distilled water , even a light dose of B1 water mist .Good luck Happy Farming

Hey bro, whats your soil pH? I know your water is pHed correctly from what you have said, but soil pH is another thing.

Also, tin foil doesnt reflect light well, it actually absorbs light and releases heat (exactly what you do not want)

You know those big thick white poster boards? They are cheap and very efficient for reflecting light.

They are ratshit.
Whatever u are raising them in(medium) they hate it, its too rich, theyre burnt. Set up looks fine. Try again in jiffy pots then in just quality potting mix with low nutes, this way you can control the nutes they get.(start with 1/2 str once a week for 2 weeks and work your way up to full str ).
