I can’t help you much as I’m a new grower but maybe sharing my similar experience can help, I’ve had a purple leaf problem With some babies a while ago, I believe it was because I gave them too much feed.
After the purpling happened I started feeding them water and they got better in the end.
the plants eventually grew and affected leaves fell off.
They were in coco so not sure if giving them water was a good idea but in the end they got better.
