hi guys
So I started germinating 6 blue dream seeds and I put them straight in 4 gal smarties.... I realize that it was a huge mistake... I have I slow growth because It's difficult to water my seedlings and keep the hole coco moist without overwatering seedlings .... So im trying to water my seedling with small amount of water but it can't get the hole medium moist... Should I continue with this and be patient and wait my roots to expand?or Should I water my seeddlings with more water so my coco get moist evenly...and wait more days to water again?

Advanced nutriens sensi coco ph perfect (I gave food 2 times with 300 ppm of sensi grow a b ,voodoo juice and b52 .)and distilled water at 30 ppm.
Temps 20 when lights off and 22-23 when the lights are on rh 55-60%
Lights...now I'm using 2 diy cobs bars dimmed at 200w each at 60 cm above seedlings.
The picks are from day 10 starting to grow Second pair of leaves
