Seedlings in coco

Sorry if this is the wrong place I’m totally new to the site and to growing actually, I’ve recently started 5 autos however I’ve been severely overwater them, which I’ve only just discovered and they’re really stunted.

Question is, how much water should i giving to brand new seedlings that have just broke ground. they are in 12L fabric pots in 100% coco. thanks

Well first, a 12l pot is way too big for a seedling. It would be hard not to over water u something that big. The problem is the seedling isn't taking much water, and when you water you water the entire pot.

A solo cup is about as big a pot I would put a seedling in. Then transplant when its rooted.

Now that you're in this situation, your best bet is to only water the middle of the pot for the first few weeks. Let the medium dry up before watering.

I’m also growing autos which apparently really don’t like being transplanted which is why i started in the 12L. am i right in thinking i should just be doing a little circle of water round the base of the plant then leave to dry for a day or 2? ive been watering everyday as i thought it was drying out too quick, it has just been in a little circle but obviously it’s been too often.
