Keep her warm. Get a little air flowing around it to dry that soil out a bit, looks a bit wet. And then keep your fingers crossed. Removing the seed husk manually can be traumatic sometimes.

Ditto what @Kerovan suggests. Moist not wet and do not cover with plastic. Air flow.That first pic looks like plastic film in upper left. That can be the kiss of death to seedling.
Omgggggggg yes... that is plastic wrap I had little breathing holes but I took it off completely... ty for the tip!

I’m a new grower. I completely messed this up. I’ll be buying new seeds and starting over... thanks everyone

Check out my seedling does she look OK?
Just planted today I had to help the shell come off around five hours ago.
I’ll let her sit for 24 hrs.. but I’m sure she’s dying. I believe she “damped off” per my google research

that didnt damp off that would have grown fine you killed it pulling it out of the soil, it just poked its head out of the ground the same day you plucked it out of its pot.
