Seedlings growing slow, and deformed

I have 3 seedlings that have been growing almost 2 weeks. One of the finally got their first set of leaves but they're all deformed. The other 2 have no sign of any leaves popping out at all. Just a small white thing in the middle. They were just old seeds I found in bags, I've had them a while. Any advice? Should I just ditch them?

What soil are you using?

I start my seeds in coco coir or light fluffy soil with low or no nutrients. Plus water very little bit.
