seedlings drooping HELP

ive got 4 seedlings outside right now and i went and checked on them and the tops are drooping really bad...

what do i do?!?!?
i had a container over them they're whole grow but i just took it off.


plz help i dont want to loose them

tie them to something so they don't flop all the way over, leaving them covered is what did it, they aren't strong enough to hold themselves up. the wind should help this from now on.

or maybe they need water......

i stuck my finger down in the soil.
its fine

but would taking a bread tie and a pencil and tie it up , would that be good???
