Seedlings doomed to Low night RH & temps

So i have my tent all set up perfect. My beans have been kept warm in water for almost 24 hours, 1/3 of the tap roots are starting to poke.
I know they should be planted. When the lights are off my soil temp is 60-63 F.
Would you plant them all right now; or wait until tomorrow morning?
I either risk retarding growth, or drowning. (Possible death either way)
I placed a large jug of water in the tent with a submersible fish tank heater in hopes to decrease both my problems.

That was my consensus.Although I do like to have a small night cycle so the plants have some sort of Circadian rhythm. Ill set it to 20 hours.
Just sowed them.
