seedlings are almost dead help!!!

Hello everyone I have a 400w hps in a 2x2x5 tent with a growlush exhaust fan unsure of cfm and bubbleponics system with aircon going straight in the tent I germinated my seeds put them in rockwool after soaking them in 5.8 ph water and put the rockwool in clay balls turned my lights on 18/6 and left them be except ph the water ever day my temps are 23 degrees Celsius on 73 d/f and 18 degrees of 64 d/f off the seed sprouted and looked happy then I woke up this morning and it's drooping :( my light is 18 inches away so it's not hot what have I done wrong? No nutes added

Thanks man... Will they survive? And do I put the top feeders on 24/7 and over rock wool or clay balls

Yer sorry man i just get so mad :( I'm devostated about this grow and yer it's not your fault I know this is low but can you give me any pointers my temper gets the better of me... Sorry about the grammer ect I'm lazy I have add and yer sorry man

How did you germ them and how wet are you keeping the rock wool.
It almost looks like the seed was in to much moisture, like fungus or something.

I germed in water than paper towel and went right into the clay pebbles I just had the water level high and they're doing great. I've read a top feed isn't needed with bubbleponics just keep your water level high. Why are you using 400w hps on 1 plant, isn't that a huge waste of energy and gonna stretch them like crazy in veg?
*disclamer I'm a super newb just trying to pass along what I did and what over read on every forum I can find

I would sprout directly in medium.

If you can not get the kinks worked out, sprout them in dirt until 6 in tall. You can remove them from dirt and wash the roots and transplant to pebbles. Don't be scared to handle roots, be gentle.

When a seed sprouts it has very fine roots that can break when moving them. That is why i say sprout in the rock wool.

Drop the hps, go to wal mart ant get a 4 pack great value 23w 5000k bulbs for 8.88. One for each plant. Run them until a few sets of leaves set in. Or raise the hps. Lower if you see to much stretch.
