Seedlings all dieing urgent help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey my seedlings are 8 days old and they where growing fine but all a sudden stoped growing and starting to die i really could do with some advise thanks!!!!!

i havnt fed any nutes

soil is good soil - canna terra pro

soil has about 3 weeks worth of nutes alredy init i was told.

growing in a tent under a Blue Spectrum 250 watt 8U 6400K E40 CFL Grow Light Bulb wich is 3 inches away from tops. and got a fan blowing on the light and abit on seedlings just so they dancing a little

Yeah, they look a bit dry but most of all, such a light bulb 3 inches above them... I know it's a CFL but it seems too close. They are curling so I would get the a light a bit higher. In fact, in this stage I wouldn't even use that much. Maybe a pair of tubes would be enough for now. And your electric bill would be kinda different. Good luck!

They need a thorough watering ASAP.
You can check the heat coming off the bulb yourself. If it is too hot for your hand at three inches away, then it is too hot for the plants.

yup, bulb not a problem ,i use them for early veg and u can put them 2 inches away or closer, depending on your ventilation, look good though!

yeah i waterd em tru but still no diference put the light back abit. but i just cant understand whats happen to them all a sudden

They dont look too bad man. If your feeding them stop, and looks like your soil is super dry. Dont soak it but make sure their moist. Also, what kind of lights are you using? Do you have some air flow or fan blowing on them>? If you have all i mentioned and not feeding them yet u should be growing fine. seedlings always take a while to get going good. Keep me updated, Ill try to help you get em started.

i didnt water them cours i tought i over waterd them thats why they went like this. im using a Blue Spectrum 250 watt 8U 6400K E40 CFL Grow Light Bulb and no im not feeding any nutes i had a fan blowing on them and the light so both stay cool, fan was on low at all time.

Water them well and make sure your water is p.h ajusted to 6.3 - 6.5 and hopfully they should perk up. seedling stage is the most fragile part. once they get into veg they will almost be able to take anything you do to em!! remember they just a weed after all!!

Yeah keep them in a humidity dome for a while bro! I would keep them or your next ones in a humidity dome untll you get two to three sets of new leaves. Then take it off for 4-6 hrs a day for 4 days before you take it off for good. seedlings are so touchy!

i hade domes on them put soon as the first round leaves apeard i tok the dome off. i gues thats the mistake. so when the seedlings have 3 sets of leaves meaning 6 new leaves in total thats when i take the dome of right

Yeah you will get a fealing for it. I had the seedling dome for multiple starts and I just took it off slowly every day and increased the time each day. Then I slowly moved my seedlings closer to the light. I fucked up when I first started and put a seedling 2 inches from the light as soon as it broke dirt and it tipped over and died! So now I am extra careful with my babies.

thats exactly what i have done eccept i didnt knoked them over

yeah thats right!! they will also be alot more moist in a dome and the soil will be kept damper due to the high humidity!! dont forget to open the dome twice a day so you can exchange new old air for new!

I make my own soil mix buddy,

I think for the price people pay for 100 litres i can make 500, I use 50% mushroom compost 30% perlite and 20% worm castings then i prep the soil about 1 week before i grow by drenching it in a P.H ajusted water (6.3 -- 6.5) so that its in tip top condition for when my seedlings go into it.. What are you using??
