seedling vs early vegging

Hi guys. It is my first grow. I am using nft. Found a chart saying I should give around 150ppm for seedlings and about 250 for early vegging. My question is how do I now when my seedling is in early vegging stage? Thanks in advance for any help.

Seedling stage lasts about two weeks from them popping up and then early veg starts. You'll also notice an increase in leaf production as plant goes into veg.

This is two weeks in veg from seed under a T8 light. Plain water for another two weeks then I'll lightly feed.

Thanks for your response guys. My plants are about the same size as on the picture. How much ppm should I give them? They are in rockwool cubes in nft system. Some roots are showing in the bottom of the cubes. I will use RO water.

..hi im a little confused about ppm too ..mine are two weeks bubba and same as pic leaf for leaf.. but my ph is 6 and cheked my ro water and rez ..and they are both same ph and ppm.. 1600ppm wtf??I need some help. I do give them nutes
