Seedling transplant questions

What's going on guys. So I did something that'll probably end up being something I regret. I planted my seed into one of these really cheap American seed starters (that I admittedly bought from the dollar store lol) anyways so as you can see I'm not going to have much space for roots so what are yall's thoughts? Should I transplant pretty soon to a red solo cup? Thoughts, advice etc all is welcome.

If you try to transplant too soon, the root ball might break up from not having enough roots to keep the soil intact. Does it have holes on the bottom? wait for the roots to start poking out of them, then water and transplant ( wait a little bit after watering ). I wouldn't transplant into solo cups though, something a little bigger. You'd have to transplant again pretty soon if you do use a solo cup.

I dropped a seedling that's in my current grow. Dirt upended, leaves bent, root ball falling apart. Scooped her up and replanted her as best I could, very gently spreading the roots into the new soil. She's a monster today.
These are scrappy plants. Don't despair, even when it looks bad. The worst that can happen is you try again.
