Seedling struggling

Hello.

I recently planted an auto in 3 gal pot with ffof mixed with perlite, a little bit of coco and 75g of grow dots.. I tried to put just coco in the middle where I planted the germinate seed.

From the looks it seems the soil is too hot based on seedlings appearance. I think she looks worse in person.. when she first sprouted the first single blade leaves had white tips. Read that it could be from hot soil or could be from the shell... seems like it went away though..

Any idea on what to do? I am wondering if I should just throw away and start with a new seed. I bought the auto pack from ethos and this is the 3rd seed I planted. The other 2 were stunted she after 2 weeks i pulled them as they were smaller than this one is now. I guess it's the ffof but I success grew 1 plant to harvest in that same soil and have another one in 6th week of flower so I am not sure why this is happening..

Very frustrating to waste time and money... I thought ethos was very good seeds but starting to doubt... sure it might be the soil but why would 2 other seeds do fine (1 auto 1 photo) (not ethos)

Do you guys think I should wait her out or pull her?.
BTW I am not saying anything bad about ethos. As a newer grower or could easily be my mistake somewhere.. I just can't figure out what I could have done wrong

She's 1 week old today. Ffof w perlite and grow dots. 150w vivaspectre. 2x2 tent.

So I am using tap water which is usually around 7.5 ph. Bc she was only a tiny seedling I figured I'm only giving a tiny bit of water (a few ozs) so I didn't ph it. Is it possible that this is due to cold soil or cold water? I think over night a few times the temp dropped bc heater shut off.. maybe went to like 60 maybe 55 lowest but not for more than a few hours. Also had the rh drop bc humidifier went off... again not for too long though..

The soil is mostly ffof but I did put a few big handfuls of coco and some more perlite. Maybe that was a bad idea? I'm new grower but not completely new... was I supposed to pre wet the coco while in the pot b4 planting g? I never used coco b4. Again, I only used a few handfuls.

Maybe I didn't put enough coco in middle where I planted the seed. I heard ffof is hot fit seedlings but others say it's OK. Either way I tried to put coco in middle. Next time I'm going to just put coco in solo cup and then transplant into 3 gal with ffof. I just bought Gaia 444 and the other one bloom I think.

Anyway she's definitely growing but the new growth is not looking normal and healthy. I'll give another week.. I got a bunch of other seeds..
