Seedling stretching and second set of leaves are not developing and lime green.

I started 8 regular indica seeds and put them under a 250watt lm301h 3500k led grow light. Some are in fox farm ocean forest and the others are in formula 707 soil from my last grow. Their getting 70 degrees temperature and around 36 percent humidity even with a damp paper towel in the room with them. I turned my grow light up a bit the other night to see how they would react and some of the seedlings are burnt and the rest have their second set of leaves developing very slow and their lime green, I have the grow light turned all the way down now but usually they stretch when it’s turned down and I don’t have a par meter to know how much light their getting. They our fine, let them start there life out slowly, there's not much you can do until they grow some more but looks good .I have same setup and your ok I see no problems an don't worry about color of leaves its too soon just give more water make sure light not to close.I keep mine at 20in. and about 40% power for first week or so,good luck.

The medium must be a bit hot for the younglings but it doesn't look to be effecting all of them, and the ones it is doesn't look bad. They all should be fine once they use up a bit more of the nutrients in the medium over the next week or so.

If they all look the same but are in different mediums...nutes are not likely the issue. Personally I think it is too much light for seedlings. Could be wrong.

i leave my seedlings under 200watts of cobs but around 70cm away no dimmer. Mine have always grown well except one seedling that died as it got stuck under the mesh in a jiffy pellet.not lighting.
