Seedling stage help

I just wondering how much light should i give my plant during seedling stage!??

I put mine under a 600w MH light.... just not too close(about 3 feet above them for the first couple days)

i just started my first seedling and although i had him in wet papertowels for a little too long, he's lookin strong, and currently the light is about 3 inches away, im using a small flourescent for now

i let my seedlings go in my bag to long (even as far as the seed falling off..oops...i was at my families for thanksgiving and i had no dirt or peets to throw them in). I finally got them in and now they are growing strong. I have them under a fluorscent 13w work light lol. 6500K about 1inch above.
