seedling-slow growth or its normal ?

hello everyone ! I would like to know if anything s strange with my seedling that grow really smaller than another plants that i used to grow....please take a look at my pictures below but ill give you the first information first :

seedling is 22 days old, unknown strain (bagseed), soilless 48% shagun peat moss 48% perlite 2% garden soil as topping dress. I transplanted this seeding into 2 gallon pot from rootcube since its rootbound. the rootcube s soil is starter soil bag ( ididnt take any picture of it)

you can see another seedling is tall than short one they re same 22 days.

Looks like your problem is light. That "tall" seedling is severely stretched. What light source do you use?

ohh the tall one is outdoor...the short one is under cfl 23 watts and 6500k so you re saying that short plant is normal ?

I don't know. I don't think so. Here's my plants at just a week old. They are just under 2 weeks now and way bigger than this even.

Under 4x 23W 6500KCFLs 12/12 from seed.



I think you need more light really.

No thats not normal, thats crap. The prob is lack of light and average strains.

hey fellas thanks for replying.....i was thinking maybe the strain is bad genetics, i never had problem with OG Purple Kush they grow up fast and stronger not even compare to seedlings what i have now...i just would like to know about your exprience i guess its time to cull them once again thanks for your input ! i appreciate it.
