Seedling questions??

So what is an interesting question is how long should you actually let them sprout for before you plant them and is that small white string a root or the stem? Do you plant it up or down? I though i would try experimenting but all of the ones i put in rock-wool sprouted so it didn't seem to make a difference..

Well I put em in a jiffy disk(15 cents) water em, within a week it sprouts 99.9% of the time..

As far as the other questions, I dont think about it like you do...

hahah yeah I don't think it really matters I just really want some of these seeds to start out. only have 2 of them and they are special bag seeds haha
