Seedling problems?

I can't gauge the size of the plant too well but I'm a newbie just starting a grow, too and yours is bigger than mine at a week in (can't gauge the leaf color on yours, just going by size). Granted, I'm growing autos that run smaller.

Everyone is chiming in about the clear container - why not fix that first? Paper towels will still let light in. There are rooting planters that work well for cheap. Even a cheap ass black plastic container for fifty cents at your local garden store would work.

you asked for advice
you were told the transparent container you have is absolute dogshit for growing bud, and to repot ASAP.
you replied with "Yeah somebody had told me that before. I wrapped the bottle in a thick layer of white paper towels. Maybe that will help."

Good luck lmao. sometimes you gotta fail a few times before you get it, i guess

I have lots of holes drilled. It drains well even though I noticed FFHF doesn’t drain well until like like the 3rd watering. Is that normal?

Also do you have tips fo increasing humidity in my tent?
Yea you need to mix about 30% perlite in with the soil so it will aerate the soil and drain better.

Promix comes with about 20% perlite Hp stand for high porosity which is perfect for pot. Stop spending extra cash on that soil. I get a 60 lb cube for under 40 bucks

There is a cheap hillbilly way to raise the humidity in your Room But I warn it does look pretty ghetto.
But I had a buddy back in the day who took old bed sheets soak them in water and hung them in his tent. And every few days or when your sheet dries out keep a spray bottle of water and re saturate the sheets. Also make sure the sheet is open up and hung by 2 corners of the sheets and not one corner and have it hanging down like a wet towel on a hook crumpled up. The crumpled up sections in the sheets could be a breeding ground for mold.
I've personally never tried this but it seemed to work for my buddy. This will also help get humidity in the air faster than a pail of water would.

And also, yeah like I stated in your previous post you made, you need to ditch those clear containers ASAP.
I took your advice on the clear container. And I think I will try your sheet thing because it doesn’t really get warm enough to make mold. It stays around 70 and my humidity is 33% at best. what effects could that have?

So it’s the same price?
40 lbs is 1 cubic foot, I buy 2 cubic foot of FFHF for $19.99, Do the math. I don't know just saying. FFHF also has perlite already on it but I add about 30%. It is $6 for a bag big enough. Good luck. I am not trying to sell you FFHF, u need to figure out what works for you. It is just what I have access to and good luck with.

I would go read stuff Budzbuddha has posted. He has many posts on FF soils. I learned alot from following him around, lol. He is a grower that believes simple is better, never complicates things. There are several people on here that offer very sound, not complicated advice. Good luck on your grow.
