Seedling Problems (Help Please)

Hey guys im still having a lot of seedling troubles, i put them under flourecents cause my Mh was real strong, but the leaves keep dyin on me .. can anyone help me out?

The lower leaf you see there was cut from a previous problem.. I thought it was deficient like most new growers do and I started my nutrients too early. Since then I've been using RO water while just adding some UC Root Zone optimizer.

Now its back.. this is how the first problem started.. with those black specs.. and then the leaves died off.. are my lights still too strong or what? Thought maybe it was the humidity since it stays real low in my basement in the winter..

3 1/2gallon buckets DWC w/ two small air stones
temp : 70-75
Humidity: 10-30%
No nutes
Ph 5.5-6.5
Been using RO water.
Florescents are 2 inches from plant

Moist perhaps? And how old are they when you put them under the MH lamp?

Young, I threw them under a thousand watter as soon as they had their first leave develop. The light was about 3 1/2 feet from plants and then I later moved it up getting advice from someone at the hydro store. They still kept frying so I had to switch the light out in case it was more than just nute burn.

i was gonna say soil, but your roots look good and thats great, start some Cal/Mag in your water and see what happens. start feeding them 200ppm of nutes, they might be hungry.
