seedling problem

hi im havin problems with seedling on left its bending over.its in phed 5.5 rockwool under 125w cfl.temp 75 hum 30.hav fan on constantly which drys rockwool quickly.why its bendin over and how often shud i water and how much? PLZ HELP

thats why shut that fan offget the ph to 6.0 or 6.5 get that humup to around 80%
.
 
oh a leave the cubes sittingin just a bit of water. just enough to keep the cube from drying out.
 
thats why i have a bit of water in the dome, with the heat from the lights. heat + water = hum. i also rin 18/6 light cycle and get roots in 6 to 7 days.
 
im usin 125w cfl rite above them,if i place them in my dome u light will b further away will they get enuff lite? thanks 4 ur help
