Seedling Problem? (PHOTO INCLUDED)

Hello, i just started growing weed for my first time. i planted two seeds and they both started growing. I dont know if this is a huge problem or not but like the leaves on the plant are like drooping, they are still green and everything but they are drooping and i have no idea why? oh and one of the plants stem like bent, it didnt break and im guessing the plants not dead because its still green not brown. can anyone give me some help please?

they are growing toward the lights, repot and bring the soil up to about 1in. below the bottom leaves for support, and look alittle overwatered too.

wow that is some serious stretching your experiencing is normal for a healthy seedling that has NO LIGHT lol you dont have nearly enough light so whats happening is there stretching for the light

u need more lights and put them as close as u can without burning the plants

Get closer to the light source . It is time to do a load of laundry also.....

haha, well i really have nothing to fancy for light, my friend got a nice plant just from sun light, i put mine on the window during the day and it gets light, and on my desk during the night. can i use just a reg light bulb and put it above it? i know thats prob a dumb question, but would it work?

and YES/No on the light bulb try and get something blue colored like the light in your room for it

so a reg lamp lightbulb wont cut it?
