Seedling lighting question

Hi, this is my second attempt at a grow. the first one i screwed up 200 dollars worth of seeds, shipping cost, and wait time. so here we go again. my seeds(in a moist paper towel) are showing roots. Im gonna transfer them to some rockwool i had soaking in distilled water overnight. i have a germination kit with a heat pad and cover..i was planning on putting the rockwook and seeds in until they sprout. Once they sprouted i would put them under the 4 40watt flourecent i bought at home depot for 2weeks, before transfering to my 400wattmh light box. using only water feeding until the 3rd week. does this sound like the right order. also i bought 4 t12 soft white 40watt flourecents if this ok for the seedling for two weeks....

feeding nutes to seedling is how i ruined all my seeds.. so the 40watt soft light is ok the use for seedling for a couple weeks:confused:

you got it perfect doxxx. that flouresent will make your seedlings grow nice and bushy with a thick stem because you can keep the light so close to the top growth.

i started with baggie seeds under 2, 4 foot flourescent fixtures. I am starting my 9th day of flowering under same lights. so yeah they work, my flowering time will be quite long due to this, but for seedlings and vegging, they are great. keep them no higher than 2" off the plant tops. keep a fan on 'em they'll grow just fine. the first pic shows seedlings on the uppershelf and recent transplants under them in milk jugs. now they are all on bottom shelves with both flouro fixtures down there

and no, that second pic is not the flowering one, that was taken about 2 weeks prior to flowering.
